Sands vs. Crappy DVD

In the spirit of watching Aliens, I thought I'd give this new Aliens vs. Predator movie a looksee. Due to a crappy DVD I didn't get to see the entire thing, but I saw enough to once again ask myself, why are there humans in these movies??? Aliens . . .check, Predators . . .check, they fight . . .check, now lets lame up the movie with a bunch of characters that we could care less about so that the movie lasts for ninety minutes. Genius, pure genius.
