The movies reviewed here will not always be rencent ones, some of them might even be older than I am, but we'll burn that bridge when we build it. Last night I fell asleep watching Aliens, then watched the rest of it when I woke up. It goes without saying that Aliens is my favorite out of the Alien series, proably thanks to Cammeron's involvement in the film, and the fact that it wasn't just a lot of the "Ooo look at the scary alien," footage. And as interesting (or not) as the character of Ripley is, she's only one of the interesting characters in this movie, who deliver up some of the best one liners a movie could have. "Stay frosty." "Game over man, game over!" "They mostly come at night, mostly." "Why don't we put her in charge!" "Look into my eye." And the ever classic "Whoopty-(F'ing)-do." So there you have it, my classic movie pick of the week. Aliens, go watch it.
